Over 26 years ago PJ O’Heany took a turn from the business world and decided to get outside and do something less boring instead. A little while later he created YES Tours in Whistler, Canada. Since then YES has certified over 3,000 students through the instructor training program as well as having more than 5,000 skiers & boarders enjoy weekly improvement programs.

The thing about skiing and boarding, says PJ, is that you can always be better. People think that they are at the top of their game but then you get to a place like Whistler & you see what is possible with the talent around you.
