Program Overview
The 7 week Ski Instructor course will take you through the necessary training in order for you to gain the CSIA Level 1 and 2 certifications along with the AST 1 avalanche course. The Canadian Ski Alliance (CSIA) Level 1 qualifies you to teach children and adult beginners. The Level 2 certification will take you one step higher allowing you to teach skiers up to intermediate parallel skill level.
Not only will we take your skiing to new heights, the program will also improve your interpersonal skills, make you a better communicator and increase your technical knowledge of skiing, snow, your equipment – everything relating to this awesome sport.
The program includes regular technical videos, on-going assessment of your skiing progress, weekly fun video (see yourself on the big screen at our weekly Friday après) and a written personalized evaluation each week from one of our qualified Level 4 Pros.

How good a skier do I have to be?
As long as you are linking turns on a blue run (low intermediate) we can accept you on the course and turn you into a ski god or goddess!

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
YES offers a range of accommodation options so you can choose your own experience. We have made some changes this season due to the COVID situation so all accommodation is only single room or twin share. We still have our chalets and condos, and this year we are including some hotel options.
We can also help you find a private rental suite or condo if that would suit you better, contact us for a quote.
- CHALETS: CATERED / SELF-CATERED: Staying at these chalets you have the option of including 4 delicious dinners each week in the comfort of your house. There is also self-catering facilities in the chalet so if you prefer that option you can manage your own meals as you wish.
- YES CONDOS: Located through the resort, we have 2 bedroom condos with a kitchen provided so you can make your own meals.
- HOTELS: CATERED / SELF-CATERED: We are offering accommodation packages at the very comfortable ski in/out Blackcomb Springs Suites. You can also upgrade to include 4 dinners / week if you chose, otherwise you can make your own meals in your hotel suite.

Instruction Only: You can join us for any 7 week program (excluding accommodation and lift pass) for $6,293 CAD. We can also help you with a Season Pass or Epic Pass if you don’t have your own, just let us know.
Add-ons: You can add our catered package to any program for $490. This includes 6 dinners/week delivered weekly to you accommodation, just heat and eat when it suits you!
