At YES we have been running ski and snowboard instructor training programs longer than anyone else in the world. We have been in the instructor training business for 30 years and have certified well over 5,000 clients. In fact we are now into the second generation – we have parents who did the program back in the day sending their kids to have the same amazing experience!
From our vast experience we have put together the best programs to make sure you reach your goals. Our programs include the right mix of certifications, with a well-balanced training plan and everything you need included. We understand that for some this may be your first independent experience overseas as a young adult and so YES is so much more than just a program, its a community!

OUR TRIED AND TESTED APPROACH
Our Instructor Programs include the training and methodology required by the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA). YES has been working in partnership with Whistler Blackcomb for 30 years and has a solid, proven track record of training each student to a high standard. Our goal is to get you beyond the standard expected for your certification so that you are fully prepared for your exam. Our training plans are carefully thought out, resulting in the optimum mix of training days and rest days each week, so you can perform your best and have fun along the way!
Skiing is only 50% of the exam – the other 50% is teaching, and we will give you the tools and experience to be able to demonstrate your ability in both areas. Our professional CSIA Level 4 Instructors will take your technique back to basics to give you a strong foundation and then build it up using the Canadian methodology to ensure that you pass your exam with flying colours.
