YES STAFF AND INSTRUCTORS:
At YES, all our staff are fully committed to ensuring that every guest has the opportunity to perform to their fullest potential and thoroughly enjoy their time with us, both on and off the snow.
Our top priority is to maintain a safe and healthy atmosphere for all our guests.
SKIERS AND BOARDERS:
- I will show respect towards my fellow course participants.
- I will strive to be an active participant in all group activities, especially on snow.
- Having fun, improving my skills, making friends, and giving my best effort are of utmost importance.
- I will acknowledge that the instructors and the YES crew are here to support me, and I will demonstrate respect by accepting their decisions.
- If I am unwell or injured, I will contact the YES office before our scheduled time on the slopes to inform them of my absence.
Alcohol and Illicit Substances:
Coming to a session under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances will result in a written warning, and I understand that I will be asked to leave the hill and return to the accommodation.
A second offense will lead to me forfeiting a week’s coaching, which may affect my certifications.
If I miss sessions due to alcohol or substance abuse, I agree that my emergency contact person may be notified, and I may be required to leave the program.
In YES Accommodations:
- I understand that possession of illegal drugs in any YES accommodation will result in a written warning, and I will immediately be asked to leave both the accommodation and the program. YES has a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs.
- I will show respect to my housemates throughout my stay.
- I will maintain cleanliness by tidying up after myself and keeping my belongings in my room.
- I will work together with my housemates to keep the house clean and prevent the spread of Covid or other infections.
- I will fulfill my cleaning duties as outlined on a weekly basis.
- I agree not to bring any external individuals into the accommodations, as this could lead to eviction from the house. Overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
- I agree to refrain from creating any excessive noise or playing loud music after 10:00pm.
- If I return home late, I will be considerate and respectful towards my housemates.
- I will ensure that the accommodation is well-kept, neat, and tidy, and I will seek approval from YES TOURS before making any alterations or modifications.
- Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited, and I will only use the designated butt bins outside.
- In the event that I damage any property, I will immediately inform YES staff. I understand the cost or repairs may be taken from my deposit.
Our focus and aim at YES is to help you achieve your goals on the mountain. Should your behaviour be contrary to this and/or disrupting the success of others, either during classes or in the accommodation, you will be asked to leave the program immediately.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
