YES Brochure

We hope that you had a Merry Christmas and wish you a successful New Year in 2009. May your turns be smooth and powdery!

In Whistler we have hit our straps with over a metre in the last week and our group this morning woke up to 35cm of new dry powder to start their week.

Japan has had a solid start to the season with a metre at the base and 2.5 metres at the top. For last minute bookings please see the Niseko information below.

Congratulations to Heidi who has had her baby - a little boy, Hunter, born 6lbs 1/2oz. All the family are doing well but missing the wintry weather. Belinda has taken over Heidi's keyboard and is a great addition to our team. She is at the ready to answer any bookings or enquiries you have: res@yesimprovement.com

Whistler Availability

We have very limited availability between now and the end of February, but if your preferences are for these dates please get in touch and we will do our best to fit you in. We still have good availability in March and April for all our programs - please let us know as soon as you have your holiday plans set.

The snow is falling, and with the new Peak-to-Peak gondola open access from Creekside to Blackcomb has never been easier. Come and enjoy the fantastic views from the mountains' newest and smoothest gondola.

We are updating the Yes Improvement website to include more photos and videos. Keep coming back to see what's new: www.yesimprovement.com. We have also created a page on Facebook where you can add your own photos / videos and get in touch with Yes and other previous guests. Don't worry if you are not a member of Facebook - you can still view the page here: www.facebook.com/pages/Yes-Improvement/42421939100

We have created simple maps to help you find all the important places in Creekside and Whistler Village - you can find them on the Whistler page of our website (www.yesimprovement.com/resorts/whistler_maps.html) or directly here: Creekside or Whistler

YES Programs operate with Saturday as the arrival & departure day. Sunday is a find your feet day - guided experience to acclimatize yourselves with the Hirafu ski area. Instruction is planned for 4 days of the week, 4 hours per day - the days may change due to weather.  Add to these instruction days a 1 hour on mountain lunch break.

Niseko is known for lots of fresh powder snow.  When the famous Hokaiddo powder is falling our approach will help you to become a more confident and skilled skier.  The better you get the more terrain you can enjoy.  The week concludes with a written personalized evaluation of your week, which includes suggestions for future development.

Our programs run from Saturday to Saturday and you can join for either week or both weeks.  The majority of our clients stay 2 weeks to give themselves more time to capitalize on improvements and really enjoy their time away.

Once again as we do in New Zealand every year, we will have some familiar YES pros with us in Niseko to ensure your full YES experience is as you have come to expect of our team, nothing is too much trouble...just say YES!
